 In essence, they are the skills your students will need to prepare them for their future studies, careers, and their future as adults. 21st-century skills in the classroom will help your students by encouraging them to be creative and to think critically. It will also help them in language learning, communication, and collaboration effectively. Moreover, using these skills will improve the learning process. For example, to acquire a language effectively, you need to communicate, collaborate and think critically. These are the skills they need to succeed, the skills they need to achieve great futures. 

 The term 21st-century learning and skills are becoming more and more a part of the classroom. What exactly are 21st-century skills and what is their role in your classroom? 

 Technology also can help the educational path. Technology enables teachers to connect with their students. It can be utilized in the classroom, accessible from home, and reach students who are not even in the same nation. It also facilitates teamwork and offers doors to endless resources. Technology-based activities that complement conventional teaching strategies and improve the learning experience might help teachers better engage and encourage their students. It is especially important to integrate technology into the EFL classroom. In my opinion, as a teacher candidate, to improve the learning process we need to be flexible and look for new alternatives. When students are acquiring a new language, we can use technology to keep them active in the learning process. For example, after teaching new words to the students, we can play "Kahoot!" with the students.
